About CentreCareOS

CentreCareOS is a pre-launch SaaS platform built for childcare centers.

It manages enrollment, billing, attendance tracking, and parent communication in one system.

The goal is to remove administrative burden so childcare providers can focus on children.

Role Overview

You will build the marketing foundation from zero.

This role is strategy first and execution second.

Roughly 80 percent marketing strategy and 20 percent social media.

You will shape how CentreCareOS is positioned, understood, and adopted before and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Framework

  • Research competitors in childcare and education SaaS markets
  • Define the target customer profiles for childcare centers
  • Develop the core value proposition and messaging
  • Build a go-to-market framework for pre-launch and launch
  • Define marketing channels and priorities
  • Set clear marketing goals and success metrics

Content and Positioning

  • Create messaging for the website, landing pages, and sales materials
  • Help define product naming, feature framing, and benefits
  • Ensure messaging speaks to real childcare center pain points

Social Media and Light Execution

  • Plan a simple social media strategy focused on awareness and trust
  • Create or guide content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Align social content with the broader marketing strategy
  • Focus on quality and clarity over high posting volume

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and leadership teams
  • Translate product features into customer-focused benefits
  • Prepare the foundation for future sales and growth teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong background in marketing strategy for digital products or SaaS
  • Experience building marketing systems from scratch
  • Ability to research markets and competitors independently
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Practical understanding of social media for businesses
  • Comfortable working in an early stage startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with education, childcare, or B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with African or global childcare markets
  • Basic understanding of analytics and conversion tracking

Location

  • Ghana-based candidates preferred
  • Remote friendly within Ghana
